We are a Florida Contractor—

Certified by the State of Florida as a Residential Home and Residential Pool Builder, licensed to do work anywhere in Florida. We’ve concentrated on South-central Florida (being: Palm Beach, Martin, Broward, Okeechobee and Glades Counties).

Our work can be pouring concrete, to extensive remodeling, and includes refurbishing existing pools—any construction work, including barrier walls and home additions, remodeling or new construction. This would include duplexes or triplexes up to 3-stories.

We also have strong connections for a reliable referral to any industrial or commercial work as well. If that’s what you need, contact us and we’ll steer you to another qualified State or County Certified Contractor.

DBI History—

DBI Builders officially began in 2002 with our licensing.

However, DBI has been in the construction business since 1984, AND, in the State of Florida.

We know about the building codes and what a Florida resident is going to want, need and expect when living in South Florida.

Officers of DBI graduated from Florida schools and are here to stay—very important in construction is stability, dependability, and reliability !!!

What makes DBI unique—

DBI has developed a list of satisfied customers thru the years—and that may be our biggest asset!

We began building only SPEC homes for resale and were “begged” by potential clients to build their home for them. We eventually expanded into custom homes. As a result, we take GREAT PRIDE in our construction and build EVERY home as if it were our own but ALWAYS with the homeowner in mind.
